Maybe they'll run them at night so we don't have to watch.

That's a genius plan! After completely wrecking the 250cc series let's wreak some more damage by creating an half baked series that will turn even more people away from alternative power plants.
Honda has been working on fuel cell motorcycles for quite some times, going back at least to the ES21 concept of the early '90s. The fact that they still haven't shown anything in public means that there's still a lot of work to do. Perhaps they won't be feasible for a long time and perhaps hydrogen fuel will always be more of a problem than a solution but if someone can make them work it's Honda or Yamaha (with Toyota backing of course), not some underfunded outfit. It's not a question of brains but a question of money, as proven by the fascinating "Hydrogen Economy" envisioned in the late '80s which collapsed in front of unsormontable technical problems requiring enormous sums just to be analyzed and proven feasible.

At the electric races, are they proposing to pipe in a soundtrack of real bikes so the spectators don't fall asleep?

Which is the ONLY reason they keep F1 and MotoGP loud.

Maybe Yamaha could retrofit those R6's to run on hydrogen so when ya lay em down they don't just burn, but EXPLODE!

The electric races will be limited to 3 laps, or whoever has the longest extension cord................

Such creatures of habit!
Some guy is gonna rail around the track faster than a gas propelled machine, then maybe all the haters of "all that is new" will shut the hell up.
At least ride the damn thing before you slap your shitty negative attitude on it.
Your like a bunch of eight year olds that say they'll never drink or have a girl friend... half of you drink every day, and have ruined marriages... so how'd that work out? Not so well since you didn't know shit when you were eight, and accordingly you don't know shit now.
