Default Is there an all inclusive gauge cluster that has sat-nav?

I'm curious if there's a product out there similar to the veypor unit but that incorporates GPS navigation in the same display. Do you guys know of anything like that and what it would cost?

I wasn't looking for a lap timer, so the veypor may have been a poor comparison. I'm thinking more in terms of a typical gauge cluster for legal street riding but that has a built in GPS. That way you don't have a second piece of electronics just hanging off the side on suction cups cluttering everything up..
