I agree. Their bikes sure seem to be on fire right from the git go.

Understandable. My first year CBR600RR was amazing and kept me in touch and passing many a big bore superbike. It's been 3 gens since that model... I'm hard pressed to believe most of us have improved in the same fashion, less weight, more power, more skill.

the 950SM and Super Duke are really well discounted... I'd consider one of those first IMO. Superbike performance without the ergos.

RSVR factory has always been a cool reliable exotic in my book. That chassis... Aprilia really has something there. Reember it won that Masterbike test a few seasons back with how much of a bhp detriment 20-30 bhp to the GSXR ilk?

I sometimes wonder at our level whether power is a lazy man's way of going fast.
Saw a KTM RC8 today 100 miles on the clock at a good price I'm tempted to go back and have a look only thing holding me back is that over the last few months I have gotten my ZX6 up to Superstock spec if not better than some, I've invested a hell of a lot of money into it got half a mind to race it next year in a novice class.
