I still hate Dani Pedrosa
It's good to hear that a lot of the good Midwestern fans do, too:

I don't know what his deal was this morning, but it was really cool to see him dead last in the first Indy practice! I know I'm dreaming, but I'd love to see him circulating behind the Kawisakis and Melandris in Sunday's race.

Just think you'll also be able to hate Casey Stoner next year.

No way. I don't think Stoner is a bad little person. I think he's a good little person, and I hope both Ducatis do very well next year.

You're not dreaming, you're shrooming if you think that's going to happen.
I don't know how anyone can actually hate a sports personality for doing their job.
Outside of the Hayden incident what has Pedrosa really done to earn this ire. I'm a Hayden fan but for f*cks sake it's been 2 years since the incident which made Pedrosa a pariah in NA. It didn't impact Hayden's title win in any way and people are still hanging on to it like a dog with a bone; never mind the fact that there were no team orders so Pedrosa had every right to be there and go for the win. If it is still the Hayden incident get over it. Pedrosa is not the architect of Hayden's record in Moto GP. Hayden is.

I don't like that fact that Dani has no personality, but I wouldn't boo him. I was as pissed as anyone when he torpedoed Hayden, but that is long gone and I just want to see great racing.

I don't know why he jumped to Bridgestone. He was flying on the Michelins until his crash in the rain that killed his championship hopes. I think that he is extemely talented, he just always looks pissed off.

Agreed, it was a racing accident and he didn't do it on purpose. Even Rossi has T-boned someone and not hated. Pedrosa's personnality is kinda dry but that who he is, just don't think he should be boooed.

The whole Nicky doesn't know how to develop a motorcycle while he was out "injured" before the season began would have been enough for me to knock him out if I was Nicky.

Seriously? You guys are being silly. Sure, it was a racing incident. By all accounts, it was the most boneheaded racing incident in GP history!

C'mon, he's not being booed around here because of his personality. If that was the case, Kimi Raikkonen wouldn't be allowed to show his face in public... anywhere!
And what's wrong with booing? Should we cheer everytime we see a motorcycle on Sunday and send everybody home with a blue ribbon?

He rides a gp bike for money ,so he's doing better than me ,cept i don't need to ask someone to boost me up to kiss a girl.

This has to be a bone headed statement right here if I even saw one. And NO ONE comments on it?
It did impact the championship, it changed strategy, outlooks and hopes (you know, the things champioships are made of... )
What it didn't do was change the overall expected outcome of the championship, 2 very different things.
Pedrosa had every right to compete for the spot that Hayden was in... but he had no right to be where he was unless you think a T-Bone is proper racing.
My first reaction is "You gotta be shittn me" Rossi did a helluva lot less to Casey (at Laguna) and the cries of foul were never ending.
Pedro is disliked because of his lack of personality and apparent disdain for others.
