Should have invested in a bike retrieval kit: a baseball bat and balaclava. I went through something similar a few years back and, should it ever happen again, will definitely look at handling it myself. Just make sure there are no witnesses around.

no dude, if you had a carry permit, you could have shot him the day he stole it, in Texas you have the right to protect your property...

Worthless pieces of shit!

Honestly man, I would not have called the taxmen. They are only good at collecting unlawful taxes and hiding behind their badges. I know it's over now but if you get the chance, you really should get a couple of your friends, a LEGAL gun and go get your shit back. If the criminal gets shot as a result, that is just his decision to have fuked with the wrong person. A friend of mine is currently handling a similar situation at this moment. We have NO time for a ****ing thief!

Good luck

I would have told the cops I was going to execute an armed citizen's arrest. They can sit around and suck on donuts or do something about it.

Your story is just unbelievable, but totally realistic.

LOL unbelievable? Uh no.
I lived in a neighborhood that when shit broke out (shooting), them bitches always showed about 30 minutes after the last shot, and I'm not shittin' you.

The fact that they didn't do shit then got mad at you is the status quo and M.O. of most departments.
I never would have called them asses... I'da grabbed a couple of the homies and just knocked on the door and let the chips fall where they may. Mostly with an ass whoopin' but, you never know... he might have just let it go with the keys in it.
More likely than not we'da snatched his ass up and beat him like he stole somethin'. Well you get the idea.
