Default Revisiting the '07 MotoGP season

Well, I finally got bad enough racing withdrawal that I watched the DVD highlights of '07 MotoGP.
Stupidly, I watched a mixed DVD beforehand showing Biaggi, Gibernau, Bayliss, Rossi etc on the 990's.

I realized then just how boring the 800's are. No ragged-edge twitching, No full throttle power-slides. Just boring computer contolled crap.
It was like watching 80's music .

I remember hearing them at Phillip island and thinking most of them sounded pretty farty and queer compared to the 990's and I don't imagine next year will be any more impressive.

Okay, i'm an Aussie so I'm happy with the result but even Mick Doohan used to bore me occasionally .

Thank God for Superbike .

I think that says quite a lot.

How does that 80's music sound when you "watch" it?

I wasn't impressed by any of 2007s racing, Altho WSB was the most entertaining. In retrospect if I had to choose one series to watch it would have been MX1.
AthensGTI mate there was an invention many years ago that became popular in the 80s called video, it allowed you to actually watch and listen to music, It allowed the arty farty types of the New Romantic era to really make a pigs ear of their music, Isn't modern technology wonderful.
