Then we have this gem. Yeah, it looks exactly like a 916! How can you tell them apart??? Cost as much in 1992 as the Desmosedici does now! (Gotta give Honda credit for those oval pistons, though. There's an idea that really took off...)

Do you know what a bevel gear is? ... its a gear designed so 2 gears can mesh at 90 degrees. Thus bevel drive Ducatis are 100% gear driven.

At least with the pianos, you can do something with them; what's ASIMO done lately?
Shit, between Al Gore and Honda, everything's been invented.

When did the NR750 come out? 1992. The 916? Very limited in 1993, 1994 full production. (mine was a beautiful '95). C'mon man, comment on the Indiana! Please?

Honda dont have any more piston rings for the NR750 in stock,so anyone who buys one of these wont enjoy it for too long...

Read history... the 916 is indeed based on a 1989 HONDA!!! you see back in
1992 Massimo Tamburini felt so passionate about Mitsuyoshi Kohama's
stunning NR750 design... upon which he promptly tore up his 916 design
and started again... amazingly, the NR prototype was first displayed in
1989! and remained largely untouched when production commenced in
1992. Honda's stunning 1992 NR750... complete with wedge-styling...
fox-eye headlights... single-sided swingarm and underseat exhausts... that
Tamburini freely admits copying the styling cues and produced the 1994
916 with wedge styling... fox eyed headlights... single sided swingarm and
underseat exhaust...
Kohama's NR design was awarded a patent in 1987
Body covers for motorcycle - US Patent 4818012
