Yup. He went with Monster energy drink this year. They're sponsoring just about every Kawasaki team in the AMA this year too. Off-road and road race(I believe). They made a big push into the "extreme sports" market a few years back here stateside. Now they're expanding. They've been sponsoring a promising young flat tracker turned road racer named Danny Eslick lately.

Hopkins is possibly the oldest looking 24 year old I have ever seen. He looks like he is 40 in that pic.

The eyebrow plucking weirds me out too. Its one of those relatively recent male fashion trends that its adopters will eventually (or at least should) look back in time at themselves and ask, " was I thinking?"

yeah the eyebrow pluking thing has been giving me the willys for a while with him. I saw him at Anaheim MX and up close he just looks odd. He either had fake baked too long or he was wearing some sort of make up thing tp make him look tan. Monsters plan for this year is to literally to take every Red Bull Athlete, it's their actuall marketing plan for 2007-8, in writing.

Not only expensive but impossible i think. Over the years Red Bull has put their name on at least on athlete in just about every single sport out there.
I think Mosters marketing plot is more for publicity effect than anything, eventhough they are aggresively going after Red Bulls biggest guys.

I was wondering the same thing. I don't think I'd know if a guy plucked his eyebrows. Did he used to have a unibrow?

Boy, the season better start pretty soon. These conversations are really dragging bottom.

Were you now, Mr. Einstein? That's a form of thinking isn't it? While you're giving your brain matter such a rigorous workout, you might also wonder what the word sarcasm means and try to succesfully apply that to the humor intended in Cheekybloke's post.

That's really not too surprising considering how subtle and natural looking the style is.

Does this help you at all?

There is something wrong when a bunch of grown men talk about eyebrows and plucking in the same sentence.
