Aprilia is on the right track... homologating a short and sassy V4 instead of
another big and ponderous V2... now Ducati will have to follow in their foot
steps instead of leading... big marketing mistake on their part...

I'd be happy with a 600cc version.

First Look: ZOOM Rih racer

By Visordown News

Lightweight bodywork and steel chassis meets Aprilia RSV4 engine

GERMAN DESIGN house ZOOM Design Agency has unveiled first images of the company's 'Rih' racer.

The motorcycle concept is set for a small series production and uses the engine from Aprilia's RSV4 WSB contender.

Aerodynamics and weight loss have been the main aim of ZOOM's design approach, hence the abundant use of carbon fibre and lightweight tubular steel instead of box-section aluminium.

Rumours suggest it'll cost around £25,000.
