Sorry for the strange formatting... it didn't transfer from the spreadsheet exactly like I had it.

Suprised so many track riders would trust a $400.00 AGV suit on the track.

There's something to be said for availability. I don't know if I've ever even seen a pair of Helimot leathers in a store, that I could try on. I've heard the name. But that's about as close as I've ever been to being able to buy a set.

Meanwhile, Joe Rocket has done an absolutely superb job of marketing and distributing their product. They came out of the blue just a few years ago, and look what they've done. They may not be the BEST product out there, but I'm sure their stuff works reasonably well, it's affordable, and best of all... you can find it!

I'm sure there are plenty of snobs out there who thumb their noses at J.R., but I see an awful lot of riders out there wearing J.R. stuff, who probably wouldn't have bothered wearing proper riding gear otherwise. Same goes for Icon. Say what you will about their target market and their styling, but the fact is people are wearing gear because of them. Good on 'em...

If their gear isnt the best, but fits the market and decreses injury, then hey, they (gear company) did their job and made some money, and possibly saved a squids life!

Hey, I know another guy that wears ISX.

Other than me, there are a few others that wear Kushitani, but they are few and far between.

It's a good survey, mind If I share it with my local message board???

I have it listed under "Z Custom" I'm assuming that Z Custom & Z Leathers are the same company, hope I didn't screw that up...

Yes, and apparently I'm the only guy wearing RST leathers.

Too bad, they are quite nice.
