I'm not sure how "vintage" you are looking for but the yamaha xs650s make great flat track packages from what I have heard. Plus there are places, like Omar's, who offer a slew of flat/street tracker parts for the xs650.

There was one sitting in the window of a Harley shop here in LA called, "Thunder Road" a few weeks back. Give them a call. They're on Santa Monica Blvd.

Since ARHMA puts on vintage road racing, MX, and dirt track...you can start there.

There's also a vintage dirt track racing association...VDTRA...maybe...might be worth trying to find them too.
