Default Difference Between SP1 and SP2 Scotts Damper?

I just got my Scotts kit in and was hoping to install it tonight, and I noticed the box said 2000-2001. (also the instructions say 2000-2001) I am putting this on an 05. DK is closed so I decided to look up part numbers and cant find any differences. My invoice from DK is for the SP2. I looked on scotts website and the pictures of the 2000-2001 are different from the 2002-2005. Just wondering if anyone knows for sure. Ofcoarse no one has a part number. From the looks of it in the pictures on scotts website, the SP1 tank bracket mounts on top of everything and the SP2 tank braket mounts under everything. Would appreciate the help.

The steering stem sizes are different & the kits are not interchangeable between the 00-01 & 02+ models

Thats what I was afraid of. Damn. Now I have the hassle of sending it back and all that crap. Thanks for the info LDH. I guess I will be calling DK. Besides this issue, They sent me the SATO low mounts without the midpipes plus they sent my order to my billing address instead of the shipping address. (made me feel real good to have $2000 worth of stuff just sitting on my porch) Not very impressed with my first experience with DK.
