Default Head Gasket Change

I need some help from someone with a manual. I am looking for the torque specs that are for the head gaskets and such I will need when putting this thing back on. Also, are there any warnings in the manual that need to be followed when either removing or installing the head? Any specific things mentioned? I can get it off, I just want to make sure. I am sure some of you out there can relate. Thanks!

Make sure you don't block the oil passages!!! you can imagine what the result of that would be.

Alright, I got the gasket and head back on with no trouble.........I got the cams and everything back in also. Here is the problem, I am a military guy. I have to do this at the shop on base, as I am in Japan. I had the head sitting on the work bench. One of the shop employees decided he wanted to check it out while I was cleaning up the partial material remaining on the block. While my back was to him, I hear this loud "ching-ching". He flipped the head, and the valve caps slid out. I saw that two had shims, and two did not. Now I do not have the manual (turning out to be bad) and I have no clue which goes where. I am figuring I should also go ahead and re-time it (cams and all). Can anyone send me an electronic copy of the manual? I can PayPal money if need be. I had to levae everything all broken down on the top end. I really want to get this thing running ASAP! Thanks to any and everyone willing to help.

RC51ROB - It is easy, it really is. Also, it was the gasket, you could see where it was blowing through.

You can download the manual here http://alan.curvechasers.com/rc/ takes awhile but well worth it, thanks for the confidence by the way.
