Default Help! broken rivets on on Ti Sato can

The two rivets holding the exhaust spring mount snapped off today. I have Ti cans. I guess I just need a rivet gun and the correct size rivets. Problem is, I don't own a rivet gun, nor have I ever used one. Could somebody fill me in as to what size rivets I need, where I can get a rivet gun and what is involved in replacing the rivets? Much obliged. Thanks.

if part of the rivet is still in there you need to drill it out. you can pick up a good gun for 40 bucks at most tool shops. just load the new rivet into the gun, stick it on the hole and squeeze it a couple times. pretty easy takes about 5 minutes.

That happened before on that bike. I called Dan Kyle and he shipped me new rivots and springs and the holders. I cant believe its happened again. He even sent me new rubbers and hangers too. Give him a call, he will take care of you.
