Default how do I lower

I am looking at some d209 in the 190/60 size the manufacturer recomends you lower the rear 4mm to adjust for the taller profile how do I go about this with stock equipment? or do I need some shim, lowering link?

It has been found that on the rc it is good to have the bike a little taller than stock in the rear so using the tires without any adjustments might be a good thing. I'm sure if I am wrong someone will pipe in to correct me.

The guy I purchased the tires from recomended going down a tooth up front (to put the tire back further so it doesn't rub), which i intended on doing anyways does anyone else have any other sugestions so that the RC can accomodate this 190/60 D209

Ride height adjustments based on tire size do not offer the same benefits as a proper shock type adjustment

By raising the rear of the bike at the axle only (taller tire) you are steepening the rake only

By raising at the shock you are also setting a steeper rake number you are also giving the bike more swing arm angle. This is the more important modification as it is what has direct effect on forward bite and the RC responds quite well to more swing arm angle on the track.

The big 190/60 is sort of an unknown quantity as it it's benefits might be outweighed by its detraction's (added roll out, more unsprung weight, added gyro effect, and increased wheel base)
