Mid pipe gettin' blue

Ok, I have a set of banzai's however the right side is all blue and gold. but the left side looks new, the original Ti color...why? and is it normal for the left pipe to remain this way?

Yes its normal....

it is not currently typically normal as Sato changed the Ti midpipe alloy to avoid the coloring some time ago.....(from what i heard) .My mids never changed color over the whole last season and they got as hot as any get.

Your pipes may indeed be defective. You need to get rid of them quickly. Sell them to me as fast as possible!!!!!

it's normal. My 6-month old Banzai's do the same thing.

The right side get's more exhaust volume than the left, and consequently more heat. This is what causes the coloring.

I think it's cool.
