Arrow K-tech SP1 Rear Shock

Hello guys after some help, i bought what was supposed to be just a stock rear showa shock on ebay for next to nothing, for my second sp1 project.

When it arrived the spring says K-tech and has the number 57-208-80 which i cant find any refrence to on their website ? or google ? (see pics) K-tech ones also now all appear to be blue and not yellow ?

also on the lower of the shock on the other side of the soft/hard adjustment there is another screw which has been butchered by someone but i have no idea what its for ? on my stock shock its screwed all the way in this has a few threads showing ?

any ideas or input ?

That's Showa shock with a custom K-Tech spring fitted.
Picture #2 tells the story...
K-Tech claims to be able to "recondition" OE Showa shocks. I've asked around but it appears this last statement can be interpreted in various ways.
