Definitely need to pull the water pump and rightside case cover to inpsect the seal to verify that it has failed or not.
You'd expect water to leak though....hmmm.

It would seem like the oil seal on the pump is bad, if I remember right, I just changed my seals and I think at the pump there's 2 water and a oil seal right at the impeller. I wouldn't freakout. Just pull the case side and see, I had my local shop press in the seal, I removed the case and the whole thing, parts and all was under 100.

Do you have a manual? If not pm me your email address and I can scan the water pump pages for ya.

Are you 100% sure it's oil?
Last year, at the height of the Great Cooling Crisis, I noticed a brownish liquid coming out of the inspection hose.
It wasn't coolant and it surely wasn't oil. It was just dirty water.
Whatever it was it stopped after a few droplets and to be honest I haven't worried about it ever since.

They tried to get me to replace the bearing in mine also, I didn't. I'm at 26k.

Do you have to pull the bearing to get to the seal? Didn't think so...

If I remember correctly you need to take the bearing off to get to the oil seal but again I could be wrong. If can take it off without damaging it why not reuse it?
You'll need both the mechanical seal (part number 19217-MAL-300, no point reusing the old one) and the oil seal (part number 91201-148-003). Should you need a bearing too part number is 96100-62003-00, water pump case gasket part number is 19226-MCF-000 if you are feeling the need to change it.

The bearing would prob be ok to reuse but if it were mine I'd replace it anyways while I was at it and I believe it isn't too expensive.
