This is what was being used on the V22 Osprey when I left the program. The engineers called them click studs and click tabs, and the most important thing to remember when dealing with any composites is going to be surface prep. With these kits you are basically gluing a bolt onto your surface, it seems like something mechanical would be stronger but these things will not come off if you do it right.

I think I'm missing how this works. It's just a stud? So how would I connect somethiing to it?
Overflow bottle to snorkel for example...
It's basically a bolt with a flat head that is encased in fiberglass or resin, it will come with a nylon or stainless steel nut. Your over flow bottle will need to have a mounting hole in it and you would then put the bolt/stud through the mounting hole and secure it with the supplied nut. Because you are mounting to carbon you will want to use the fiberglass stainless stud to prevent dissimilar metal contact and reduce the chances of getting any corrosion.

I also found this while looking at another supply shop. It's a stand off mount with a 360 degree swivel on the end that you would use with a tie wrap. So you could go with one of these and put a tie wrap around the neck of your overflow bottle.
This place has more pictures and mounting options for all composites. frame set
"Exercise restraint and discipline, only responding to posts from legit customers and those with constructive positive intent, you will find that the handgrenades explode harmlessly. You have many satisfied customers who are happy to have the parts you've made. My suggestion to you is keep making good parts, keep getting more customers, take care of them and let them speak for you."
I would use a special adhesive glue, but that will prove to be permanent. About the overflow, is it ok to have the overflow that high on the bike? If so, then I will copy your idea and mount mine up that high. Maybe make a carbon fiber resevior.
