As far as I know redline is the only company that makes "water wetter"
I use a whole bottle in mine
Im not sure if you read the directions or not but it says to us 1 ounce per quart. The sp-1 cooling system is a 2.6 quart and the sp-2 3.1 quart so technically your supposed to use 2-3 ounces which is something like 1/4th of the bottle.
100% "Evans" here = NO water at all in my system! 43,000+ miles and It's been working great for me.

still unsure why people spend all kinds of time and money trying to make the bike run cooler. install a spal pusher fan for $50 on the clutch side and every concern you have goes away.
no need for scoops, no need for fins, no need for front mounts. a $50 fan fixes the heat issues

These products are alternatives to anti-freeze for track use. I'd agree that they serve little purpose as street additives. But I'm also not seeing the point of reengineering the stock cooling system (for street use) anyway. For track use the existing fan is often deleted.
I am already running radiator scoops (they do work, do not believe who says otherwise) but I want to run as cool as possible so I just ordered two cans of Motul Mocool coolant additive. I do not know if it's an original Motul product or it's simply rebranded Engine Ice or Water Wetter but the price was very good (20€ for two half liter cans, 40% off retail price) so I let myself be tempted. The Kawasaki will also get the treatment.
Motul says to use a 20:1 ratio with either distilled water or coolant.
I'll be back to you once I had occasion to test it.

yep fans are usually removed and $300 scoops (or $1000 front mounts)are put in they're place. i also wouldn't call unbolting a fan, cutting off its connector and splicing it into the wires on the new fan "re-engineering" by any means.
