Default Back Brake Problem

3 weeks ago fitted my new rearsets and a pressure operated brake light switch. After fitting the the switch I bled the rear brake, the brake had very little travel and was working really well. The bike has been stood for the last 2 weeks and when i came to ride it today i noticed the pedal had alot more travel and was not working as well.
There are no visible leaks any where and the fluid level hasn't gone down, any ideas? I'll try bleeding the brake again tomorrow.
