Default pair install question

What do most people use, silicone or gasket paper for the plates? I heard the horror stories about when they leak and that is noooot gonna be me

reuse the OEM rubbers IMO, no problem here in 7 years

aight... thanks for your help.... one more ? for ya.... wehn you pulled the plate off, theres a small phillips head screw that sticks out a bit. Did you remove that or?

i just used high temp silicone and they have been fine
