Default Hose kits Question?

Has anyone installed thier hose kit from Scott? I just did my setup and found that the upper right rad hose/3way is a tad bigger then the radiator outlet. Just seems as tho it shouldve been a bit smaller hose diameter. It also wasnt at the correct angle to go into rad.

Hey Union, I'm in West Warwick. You're a member of NESR too, right? I'm jeantarrou on there and I bought Skiierx's RC. If you could come buy that would be great, but by Rhode Island standards you aren't close.

I've got all but one of the hoses now installed. Anyone with some input? It's the longer of the two skinny flexible hoses. I just can't seem to see what hose it replaces.

I tried to tackle it myself, and I think I'm good to go!! Some of the pieces were tough, but it feels good to have it done.

After going through it myself, my 3 way rad hose was the same. Torqued the heck out of the hose clamp.

Samco is going to fix the mold for the Y pipe and there sorry for the mixup and will replace your Y pipe for free what color did you need.

This is why it's so important for customers to contact there dealer instead of posting on a forum as I wasn't aware of the problem until yesterday when a customer contacted me and I got it taken care ASAP.

Hey Scott, after my install of the samco hose kits everything seemed ok. What is exactly wrong with the Y shaped hose? To me the instal was easy, i just matched up the stock hoses with the samco ones before installing and everything went good.

I guess a few people had a Y pipe that the right side had a 2-3mm bigger ID and they were worried about leaks but I haven't seen or heard of any. Samco does offer a lifetime replacement against bursting hoses and stands behind all of there products.

Hook it up and see how it fits and if it bothers you. Then if it does I would need to know what color and order a repalcement one if I don't have any left.
