my local mailboxes etc. has picture boxes that fit the side panels... and you get a discounted shipping rate when you use the picture/book UPS rates.

Hey ship them DHL. I would never ever ever ever use ups or usps for any big items again. I goto my local office max and they have dhl centers there.

They are CHEAPER FASTER and will ship huge items.

I checked on shipping a harley softail frame ups and they wouldn't even touch it. I DHL ed it and they shipped it (100lbs) to CALI from VA in 3 days for like 50.00. I almost shit when she told me how much it was. Try it out.

FedEx ground. Cheap, reliable and fast. Never had any problems.

Go to a bicycle shop and use one of their shipping boxes. It works.

I just bought a trailer hitch for my truck, the box it came in would fit both side fairings and the rear cowl, also use fed-ex ground
