I made thw switch from Banzai's to Lows

I had Sato Banzai's, but to be quite honest, they were just too loud for me. Plus one side was banged up from a low side on the Poconos, the other side banged up from a low side on the streets.

I must say, the lows dont seem like they are all that much quieter then the Banzai's. I was expecting it to be a lot quieter given everyone says the Banzai's are a lot louder.

I'm keeping my banged up Banzai's as track pipes though. Dont know if i could stomach denting up another grand in pipes.

Other than volume what else was different, I'm thinking of getting some Banzais, I currently have lows.

With ear plugs they are not that loud

I would recommend you ride with no pipes but it might be just a tad bit louder

I bought lows because I liked the overall look of them more. I do like the high mount of the banzais but I didn't care much for the long spaghetti style midpipes.

I think I'm gonna get me some banzais and sell the lows next year.

i have the bonzais love them just cant take the bike to work in the morning anymore just a little to loud

I did the Poconos FUSA course last Friday and had my banzai's on. It was funny to hear my buddy's all say they knew I was coming up from behind them and when i passed them the sound scared them

I know what you mean. I just put banzai's on last week and the first night out riding I was with 2 dozen sport bikes (all 4's). You could not hear another bike in the group, and a couple guys commented that they could always tell which side I was on when I was behind them.
I love them!!!

The only trouble is long rides. I just got back from a day ride and by the end I needed a few advils to calm the headache. I wear earplugs and have the low mounts. But the truth is I can't wait to get the Banzais

Is it really that much louder? I have the jardine RT-1 exhaust and they are loud, but every one is saying that the Bonzai's are much louder all I wonder is by how much? Mine come in on thursday and I cant wait to install them. Because now when Im on the high way people in cars know when I m comming up on them because I always see their heads turn around to see where the noise is comming from. So if the Bonzai's are louder I m going to be in heaven

Also has anyone been pulled over for having bonzai's for noise violations?

Yeah my block hates my ass and I have the Jardines race baffle so i cant wait to piss them off some more

I've got lows. I went to the mall the other night. Rode up into the parking garage. It was HILARIOUS. I didn't even blip the thing! Car alarms going off all around me. You'd have thought it was the return of Attila the Loud!
