It's too hot to ride in the summer time in Arizona. 109 yesterday in Phoenix and it's only May.

Um, I will be riding around even though it feels like hell outside! Just know that I have leathers on the way, they just have not come yet. I'm usually up and down Campbell north of UA.

I'm in the speedway/cambell area, but Truss is right, it is miserable in the day with just a jacket.

Default really? its hot? i didnt notice.

well, even after riding thru 125F heat in texas, with ballistic 5.0 pants and my jacket on, i didnt realize it was hot... maybe that explained all the sweat...

anyways, yeah its hot in tucson, but not compared to the ride out here-- besides, im talking about riding at night, when its been like ~80F give or take 10F depending on the exact time-- and im right off of wilmot rd off of grant... dunno what thats near, but campbell sounds familiar, if im feeling good ill look up how to get there and get out tonite, otherwise ill get out tomorrow nite. oh and thats not far past speedway either, so hopefully ill see both of you.

red/black 02 rc w/nicky stickers (they were on when i bought it, and im too lazy to peel them off) slightly scratched fairings and stock pipes, red/black/white riding colors w/red wings jacket and black ballistic pants, black hjc helm.

(yeah, i know a little detailed considering how many rc's there are around, but whatever.)

Ya, Mt. Lemmon is nice when there is not a lot of traffic or construction. That's why tend to go at nite and stop at the first lookout or windy point and enjoy the view.

Default time to leave

well, i got out around 10pm last nite and rode on campbell and speedway for a while, when i got bored i tagged along with a cbr600 and gsxr750 and went up to the mountain... had some fun, a few runs up and down-- nothing too serious, since it was my first time on the mountain and it was pretty dark (the moon didnt rise above the ridge so there wasnt much moonlight).

im leaving ~5-6pm today (earlier than i originally planned since its nice and shady and so not too hot) and hope to do ~16 hrs today (5-6pm fri nite -> 9-10am sat morn) and then another 8-9 sat leaving around 5-6 pm again and arriving in nashville ~1-2 am sun morn (my gf gets back from outta the country late sat nite or early sun morn, so i wanna get back asap).

hope i dont hit any of that weather coming thru nm+tx.

ill post either when i get in or later sunday, depending on how tired i am.

Hey, are you home yet?

I just did almost 900 miles in 4 days. Not bad at all, desert, mountains, cold air, ocean air and to the beach to go surfing

man, if you did'nt have to go back home so soon I would have invited you along for the ride!
