I wonder about the Soft Rev Limiter too. I know about adding the jumper form B2 to the unused A15 but what I want to know is what kind of pin do you use there. Is there one installed but not used or do you go to Radio Shack and pick something up? I want to make sure that I'm making a solid connection there.

BTW...sorry to hijack your thread Wayne.

The soft rev limiter secret was amusing at first, but it is getting pretty cheesy now...

Why was the soft rev limiter installed on the US models?{if anyone knows that is}

I would like to know too....

The secret is...there is no secret It's there to keep from over-reving the engine into the hard-rev limiter and shutting down the engine ( or worse ) .

BTW Wayne...I've got a map for your set-up , that I can almost guarantee , will make the bike run better... It's the infamous Guru Lou map...
E-mail me if you want to try it out...
