**** a bunch of the dragon on memorial day weekend.

i'm guessing whoever decided that doesn't live in KY or TN and know how bad that weekend is here. couple of people die every year just in our small town on bikes that weekend.

3 times out of the year my bike will never leave the driveway:

memorial day weekend

4th of july weekend

labor day weekend

The ride is 5/31 - 6/4 Monday thru Friday. Can't be THAT bad, can it?

Ohhhhhhhhh,, I may have a place to stay at my G/F brothers house in Greensboro, I think thats like an hour drive, but FREE! Hmmm... LEt me see if it's in the cards...

it will help being during the week. weekends are pretty bad though

I was going to Salt Lake for WSBK, but this sounds like way more fun; but I agree with moving it to a non-holiday time and a little later on.

weekends usually aren't too bad if you hit it before noon. but the first holiday weekend starting the non-official summer, is a bad idea.

The riding will not be limited to Dragon. There are plenty of great roads around the general area that we plan on riding. Besides the VFRW meet starts the week following Memorial Day. The weekenders should be gone by then I hope.
