Default Front winker block off plates?

Have you guys found any front blinker block off plates for the RC51 or true flush mount sunk in front turn signals?

Ive just finished painting my RC51 and would like to eliminate the front Winkers as I have purchased some mirrors with the LED signals mounted into them like the 1000RR.

Paint job turned out great and the RC51 was the easiest bike i have ever had to pull the bodywork and tank off of. Honestly took me all of 15 minutes to have the bike down bare.

Bike is entire gloss black right now. Just waiting to color sand and wheel it this weekend. Working on a US Army theme for its logo's but its not going as well as i planned due to the large fairing vents.

the easiest way to do it is with a plastic filler plus some sanding and bodywork BEFORE paint...

Unno, i think the easy way is to install a set of manufactured block off plates. I see them for many bikes with a blinker well, but the RC just has a oval hole....that may be the issue.

I will keep on a look'n.

Watsen has some "true" flush mount indicators. Have them on mine, they are very nice.

Wibbly is right, fill the hole yourself.

I used plastex and had perfect results.

I just found 2 small oval stickers (Arai) and covered the holes, took all of 30 seconds.

No problem, I actually did the filling on my painted oem fairng.
I just prepped the edges by sanding the paint off the inner edge of the hole and lip of the hole.

With your paint being jet black you would probably never even notice the black plastex.
I actually had my painter paint over the the fill without repainting the whole upper and it worked out great.

I bought some small 15-led turn signals for a cbr600 on ebay. Paid very little money for them and if you leave the rubber gasket in the hole, they fit perfectly inside and sit almost flush with the bodywork. They have a large plastic washer built onto the nut on the backside that I used a little plastic weld to attach it to the back of the fairing. They work great, and are extremely low profile.

I would, however like to see this signal mirrors. I was planning to put some of these on my RC to give oncoming vehicles more visibility of my turn signals.
Any pics or links to the mirrors you bought?

that's why you do the headlight mod. just get yourself a drill, some 194 bulbs and pigtails and then spend about 20 mins quality time with your piggy.

06450F. . . I know it's not what you're looking for, but proton makes the nicest signals out there for the 51. you can crash on them about a thousand times
and they will never break. 100% cast and machined acrylic with LEDs.

^ Ah yes, that's one of those mods I always intend to do but forget when the time to do it comes. I will tackle that one this winter, but with LEDs.
Thanks for the reminder
