1-piece leathers info,HELP?

Ok,so with x-mas right around the corner,i SHOULD be worried about what i am getting everyone else for x-mas but when asked what I want,i find myself to be on a mission! I had a 1-piece SPIDI "Raptor" suit about 10 yrs ago that i HAD to part with due to financial issues but could never find them again a few years later.Up until about 3 wks ago,i had not seen these leathers at all,but,one night out at a local watering hole,i ran into the guy who bought that suit and after a little conversation,believe it or not,HE STILL HAS THE SUIT!!! But he told me he would part ways for $600.00 .Uh.....NO! So i found another but need help in locating the cheapest place to get this suit as the price for it is around $1800.00 (and some change)??? Or if someone can steer me towards another great but wild looking suit(and not the batman as i have seen on here),that would be very helpful!It's gonna be an x-mas gift from my better half.Anyone own this suit or know where i can get it the cheapest???

If it's not kangaroo and there isn't a perforated version available $ 1800 is way too much!

Consider Berik ::BERIK RACING DEP.:: or M-Tech MTECH - Track suit .
I am currently considering an M-Tech because my trusty old Dainese has become way too large for me and having it reworked would cost me about the same as a new suit. Pricing is much, much lower than RS-Taichi though neither offers kangaroo as an option.

There are a few deals on suits these days. Speed and Strength make a very good suit, and is priced well. A guy on here makes leather suits also...Spartan Leather....Drummer Dave is his name on SZ. Some of the racing forums (WERA) always seems to be a good source. I found a deal on an A*s on Ebay for 1/3 less than new, and it was never worn. Deals can be found, might not be the exact suit you mentioned.....Taichi does make a great suit.....$1800 seems high. Street or track?

Why not keep an eye out on forums and ebay for a used one?

I picked up my used Alpinestars RC-1 last fall for $300 and it arrived in excellent condition.

Thanks for all the advice,guys!I have looked on forums and e-bay and just haven't found anything i like yet but always continue to keep an eye out.
