Default Angle of stock handlebars

Been through 'zilla and rogue, and havent been able to find the angle of the stock handlebars. Anyone knows?

Thinking about getting some nice clipons, properbly the new Renthals. Though I cant find the angle of those either...

I don't know the angle of any bars...sorry....but I can say that I installed Heli Bars on my RC and it's MUCH more comfy. The angle is a little different and they're about 3/4 of an inch higher than stock. This isn't a trackbike.

I recently asked the same question, I'm thinking of fitting a pair of Renthals as well...no replies though.

You'd think that someone on here would know!

Where did you buy your Heli-bars? I want a set for my RC but haven't seen them anywhere. I don't want to buy them direct because they go for full list price directly from Heli bars. I had them on my 08 CBR1krr and I loved it.

OEM is definitely more than 7 degrees, I'd say about 10. Gilles GP Light are 6 degrees, longer bars and easier angle than OEM, nicely built and I think a bit cheaper than the Renthals. I'm looking for a set myself, and right now the cheapest place to buy for us in the euro region seems to be England, since the sterling vs euro rate is sinking again. Here's an example of a reasonably priced pair of clipons.

Anyone have any insight on how to accurately measure the angles of your clip ons and master cylinders yourself?

My HRC manual says: Standard: 32 degree from horizontal.

I want to get all my base settings right when I reassemble.

Doesnt those 32 degrees depend on the overall bodyposition? Im running them in the same angle as my arms + couple degrees, to ease getting the fingers upon the levers.
