If you really fancy an image change (for the worse) contact someone making frame and swingarm protectors and have them make some fiberglass ones for you.
Then you can paint them whatever color you like on the cheap.

There's a lot of steps.
I'm a Graphic Designer.
PM me if you really got to know.
Thanks

No problem. If it were a steel tube frame I would say get it powder coated in whatever color you fancy but here it's a bit different. I love twin spar frames left in their natural color, that's all.

In Photoshop you can mark the area with fx the "lasso-tool" and then go to Image -> Adjustments -> Hue/Saturation and then flick of "Colorize" and go to town the adjustment-bars. Pretty simple once you know how.

If it was me, ideally I'd go for the natural bare aluminum finish. I like how racebikes look like that.
But to strip the black off the frame and swinger you're starting with would be a lot of work indeed.
If you're dead set on PC'ing the frame I'd choose blue I guess.

if i go with silver natural or blue it still has to be stripped .. lol
and bare silver will oxidize and rust hence you need to clear it anyway ..
same amout of work same price to do either .. lol
thank you though ... im leaning towards blue with some nice white rims

Here's white. I can't find any good pictures online to make a good mock up, so sorry about the quality. Like I said I'm bored.

in the name of dear god ................WHY?????????
first off it will look like one of those bikes the owner thinks looks good with purple bolt kit and matching screen(insert vomit noise).
secondly could the powder coating hide a future fault ie a cracked weld? whats next chromed bodywork a stretched swingarm and a big fat arsed bird perched on the back?just my one pence worth.
mind you all the above might be shite, crap, bollocks etc etc etc
now feel free to rip the shit out of me.

an imbecile? thats a bit strong.i think you would eventually regret powdercoating. why not polish and lacquer the frame and swinger(not sure if that would work).sometimes i think less is more on a bike.discuss.

ok im tring to be constructive now. i dont think the rc51 lends its self to frame colouring, now thats only my opinion. if i was to colour it i would be thinking along the lines of anodising.powder coating to me is not the correct product.i still maintain it could hide frame damage and trap moisture.now be a bit more civil.
