Some people mentioned them being as low as $6500, key is you have to be present where you are buying the bike, and then can have it shipped. Many dealers in TN still have them. Might have to make a jump on this deal. Just checked Arkansa has them for $6685 OTD Buying Requirements:

This means that you are actually paying $9,185 for the bike. The "Bonus Bucks" are in-store credit.

You sign a form from Honda releasing the "bonus bucks" credit from your possession back to the dealership in order to offset the loss to the dealership.
Nope. Paid no other fee's except registration. Took five minutes to fill out the paperwork, picked it up a few hours later after they took it out of the crate and did the setup etc.
Your results may vary, but it was pretty easy to get a few dealerships to say yes within a few phone calls. Just tell them you know about the rebate. One didn't have one in stock but apparently ordered a ton through Honda somehow and asked if I could wait three days. Shouldn't be too hard to get a good deal.
Bottom line is this guys. In Honda's Atlanta warehouse they still have about 600 of these things laying around. All of the 2008 colors except all black. So Red, Yellow Black, Silver Black, and the dark red silver are still available. Honda is doing all they can because they still have 3000 2009's in the warehouse. We can meet the same price as TN or AK but we are required to collect sales tax in the state of FL unless we have a Bill of Lading. We have a shipper we use who charges us $235 and the hold back on the bike covers that. So like I said before if anyone has any questions or wants one of these bikes let me know.
