mrgrn i think you must agree that lots of special historic etc bikes are sold for more than the sum of their parts,this bike is one of only twenty six.i will not argue if its worth its asking price as only whoever buys it can, but i will say its worth more than any production rc51.you can buy all the parts and build a joey replica replica but that is all it will ever be a replica of an official replica. i wish i had one of the twenty six.
yes possibly if that is in fact one of 26 and has most of what is says. I am doubting a stock rad, stock rear caliper bike like that is that rare is all and to be honest there have been replica type bikes make on here from members i would value more then that one

mrgrn the replicas are only standard sp1s tarted up with aftermarket pipes,the actual sp1 joey rode at the tt had akro pipes not laser so its not even an accurate rep.as i said before any collectible bike is worth more than the sum of its parts.ffs you would almost think i was trying to sell you this bike.now if you were interested in the c90 valentino lapped laguna at 289mph...........

they did not even toss 30k onto it and just because they say them made only 26 does not mean crap, it is for people who have too much money to know they are gettinh hosed IMHO
