Default Newbie From Ireland

hello everyone just joined and love the site. im a owner of a 2003 rc51 (sp1) as we call them its silver in color and i love the bike but hate the silver so ill be getting it sprayed castrol colors soon its got the usual mods and have recently ordered a carbon round high mount system from a new italian crowd called gpr cost me 600 euros for it which is dirt cheap compared to satos etc. ill post pics when its fitted. i live in a small village in ireland on the foothills of the wicklow mountains which have some of the best biking roads in europe. dream of a place for a rc owner. im a big fan of joey dunlop (rip) a famous tt racer who would show nicky haden how to ride a rc as he won the tt on one and many road races here in ireland. anyway ill never sell my sp1 for anything so ill be around for a while look forward to getting to know yis all thanks for reading

Welcome. Post up some pictures of your crappy paint scheme so we can all enjoy the re-spray & your new exhaust.

Ow do mon! Hello from over the water in England. I agree that you have some crackin roads, just like mine in Shropshire/Welsh borders. I went to the North West 200 a good few years ago when my mate was racing, great race and even faster than the TT. Very friendly people also. Spent rest day in Joey's Bar. Brilliant.

Don't do the Castrol colours! Do Cabin or Seven Stars!

So, when you register the bike somehow trumps the year it was manufactured in Ireland??
