I like Hodgeson, but if Zemke is gone that is total horseshit!! Zemke has done a good job and doesn't deserve to be sacked! Personally, I think that Duhamel's time has come and gone!

Stick a fork in Zemke-he's done. I like the guy, but he hasn't produced for a while now.

Zemke was done years ago, not unlike DuHamel either. They need some fresh faces on those Honda's. Don't get me wrong, I have followed both of them for a while now, but they really need some young hungry riders on the new CBR's.

Duhamel was third in points before Atlanta. So long story short he and the CBR were the best package on the track other than the Yosh Suzukis.

I think Hodgsen will be a nice addition to the Honda team, BUT........

I'd much rather see them take a gamble and throw some money at a kid like Herron or Davies. Put a rising star on the Factory sbk instead of a falling star. Like Suzuki did with Spies.

I think Duhamel has a seat on a Honda as long as he wants one. Being a factory racer is much more than winning the championship. Miguel is probably the best motorcycle racing spokesman, and does tons to promote the sport and gain loyal fans (Honda fans). I kind of compare him to Brett Favre with the G.B. Packers. Favre is getting up in years (for an NFL star) and isn't the QB he once was...but 95% of the rest of the QB's never even will be what Favre once was. He's still in the game and so is "Ol' Miguel". I also think Zemke is a great rider, just been in a slump lately, he's not NEARLY used up yet! But corporate makes decisions for many more reasons than we will ever see.

Do you mean to imply that Miguel is hopped up on pain pills(AKA Favre)? I could agree relating Ozzie Smith and Duhamel, but to Favre is an insult.

Miguel was outperforming Jake all year. He was also solidly in 3rd before his crash testing. I wish Honda would add a 3rd superbike and throw Josh Hayes on it.

Yeah, I really like Hodgson & he'll do as well as anybody else, at least next year, but Hayes really deserves a shot on a top shelf superbike.

Yes I'm picking on a guy that was legitimately hooked on an overperscribed legal medication that was given to him for pain related to working harder in one day than you and I put together for our whole lifes...thats what I was doin' Packer fans don't have much of a sense of humor when you pick on Brett.

I think it's odd that the man can't pronounce his own name properly.
Favre is Fahv-ray not Farve!

Hodgeson is Probably by far one of the best developement riders there is. I think it's a perfect choice to bring him in on the new machine(as gastly as it is) On the other hand you can't get rid of Duhamel, that guy bleeds honda red, when he drops a deuce it has honda wings.(I swear) IMHO honda would be best served to run 3 bikes. The two above and some young buck that has slightly more maturity that herron. How about Rog Hayden if he doesn't go to GP's. As far as zemke. . . is that guy still racin?
