Question old leather revival? what to use.

What's good for softening leather that might be a little dry either from age or getting a little wet?

Gonna sound funny, but I've used unscented hand lotion. Leather is skin.

Find one that contains Lanolin, as that's a common ingrediant in Saddle Soap, and hand lotion is cheaper.

saddle soap & mink oil. You can get them at any good leather shop. I am also impressed that someone supposedly 95 years old is riding an RC.

If you want to do it right, use Lexol leather conditioner. It has the right ph level and wont do any damage.
