Default Whole new bike.

I kept reading over and over how all you guys said that the first thing I should get is a power commander, but I lolly-gagged around and didn't end up getting one until last week (along with Yoshi RS-3 Titaniums). I threw the exhaust on, popped in the PC, loaded a map (the yoshi one for now, gonna try kyle sato next), and took off on a long road trip for the holiday weekend (~450 miles in three days is long for me.)

That thing is a whole new bike. The throttle response is 100% crisper, the low RPM stutter is all gone. Plus, with the new pipes, the thing sounds like a WWII warplane. I know that most dyno comparisons of adding a PC and pipes show only slight hp and torque gains, but this thing feels like it pulls almost twice as hard in the mid-range.

I was back in my hometown, and there was an easy-rider rodeo in town (tens of thousands of Harley's all getting together for a bike rodeo, mass consumption of mind altering substances, and general debauchery). Wherever I went the whole weekend, Harley guys kept coming up asking me what kind of bike I had and what the engine was. They all seemed to like seeing a sportbike with a v-twin rumble to it. I'm wondering...why has nobody used a RC, TLR, or Duck engine to make a chopper type bike yet. That trend can't be far away.
