in irfanview how do i minimize pics without loseing quality?i could minimize pics but they look like ish

Did you open the file, then "View" ---> "Resize/Resample" ????

i did all that,but do u pixle,cm,inches,or half?everytime i resize it looks all fuzzy,it doesnt look as if it were a desktop size
