Tank mounted cam mounts above windscreen?

Is there a tank cam mount that gets the cam above the windscreen? I’m making a trip soon and would like to mount my digital still cam (and maybe shot some vids with it too). I’d rather not swap my windscreen to a clear one, and I think the double bubble would distort the image anyway.

Nick you can make a small bracket and mount it to the mirror bolts.
