I know there's probably no definite sources out there, i'm mainly looking for speculation and personal opinion.
I heard from a dealer that the superhawk and RC51 were in their final year. I also know that the RR is going to get revamped and the F4i and VFR are really do for an update. So does that mean there could potentially be a whole slew of new bikes from Honda? Or are they going to eliminate the V-twins from their lineup all together?
I haven't kept up on the speculation and rumors. But I do know that Honda did not resist one bit when Ducati requested a higher displacement be allowed for their racing v-twins in the WSB competition. That is something to make one go hmmm? What is Honda up to. Could there be a 1200 cc V-twin sportbike on the horizon?

I dont know about overseas but here the Superhawk's didnt reappear this year, gone from the 2006 line up. I think the RC will run until the factory runs out of parts - since the demand is low. Hell there are 2 dealers around me that are selling new 2005's for $8500 just to keep them from collecting any more dust.

Superhawks and RC51's are not coming to Canada anymore... 2005 was the last year. Luckely I can still swing down to washington and pick up and 06 if I feel like it
Over here in AUS the SP2 (RC51) didn't appear in the 2006 lineup and the dealers are saying that the FireStorm (SuperHawk) won't be in the 2007 lineup.
I'd love to see an updated v-twin from Honda, but I sure hope it doesn't resemble that ugly conglomeration of shit shown on that site. That CBR/Superhawk thing just doesn't do it for me.

"Exercise restraint and discipline, only responding to posts from legit customers and those with constructive positive intent, you will find that the handgrenades explode harmlessly. You have many satisfied customers who are happy to have the parts you've made. My suggestion to you is keep making good parts, keep getting more customers, take care of them and let them speak for you."
