That has to be the UGLIEST looking pipe I've ever seen. It looks like some hack from OCC tried to fab something for it.

Those are bad but the worst ones I saw came off ebay as well. Just a set of pipe that was chromed and slash cut kind of like those. Wonder if the bikes are even ridable with those.
