To those of you with children, enjoy your day. My daughter gave me a card and a pair of shorts and a Coor's Light tee shirt. Today we're going swimming and spend the day together. I love father's day....(it's my second one)
Not as much as "Watch Motorcycle Racing and drink Beer Day", but a close second.
And HFD to you too. My kids were like christmas morning today surprising me with their home made cards and gifts...I love when my daughters get all psyched up to give cards and gifts..!
I got a Geza cover from the boys along with a three hand-made cards (one from each of the boys). Happy Fathers Day to the rest of ya......oh and if you don't have kids remember....that RC looks at you like it's dad, go get yourself something from the RC.
I was woken up by the kids with cards and chocolates this morning and a wicked suprise they've bought me a trackday at brands hatch next monday 26th which is cool.

Flippin trackday? I got half a packet of jelly babies!
I'll do a swap you do half the trackday and I'll have half ya jelly babies.
Seriously tho I'm well stoaked. I'll post some picks if I get any.
Shout out to Marco Melandri my heart nearly stopped when I saw him lying in the gravel glad he's not too bad, shame race control took so long to red flag it IMO. Mind I think they made some really bad choices today (delaying the start for Chris Vermullen) well done to KR jnr, now that was a fathers day gift and a half,I haven't rated him for years be interesting to see what he can do with a full grid.
Welp.....spent most of the day, in the heat and humidity, running hard wire for the pool. When we were finished, the beer was flowing and we brought the 13" TV out and set it by the pool and watched the races, while floating in the 82* water.............ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Pass me another cold, Coors Light.............
Cooked on the grill for dinner and it turned out to be the perfect day. Well.....almost perfect if Honda would have swept the AMA's...........
Good enough. I'll take it none the less. Until next year.................
(Is it me, or are my days spent at home starting to sound a little too white trash?)
I watched the GP race with my 7 year old daughter. Due to all 9 or 10 bikes going down she stayed interested. Then I taught her more on her bicycle. I have been try to get her to ride it for a while. It has been a slow process but by the end of two laps around the block today she was moving on it by herself pretty good. It was a good day.
