Have you tried fitting suits? I had a similar problem - similar because I'm short 5'4" and I thought that I had to go custom. I went to a dealer and asked them what is their smallest size available. They gave me a Dainese size 38 and it did fit me. I got the suit for $990.00, a little above $800.00 but well worth the money

You may want to try fitting suits, something might fit. Other brands fit differently as well.
