Default AutoBahn April 30th? STT event

Anyone else going to be there?

Hopefully, this will be a more enjoyable day at the track for me then last time! I plan to do more than 3/4 of a lap this time.

It also helps that Autobahn is basically in my backyard instead of driving 12 hours to Barber.

I believe this is on the Orth track. Awesome facility! The track surface is very unique, it offers excellent grip. You will enjoy I am sure

Yup, it's the north track. I've been there on my old TZR/RZ on both tracks. I'm sure I'll have fun too! A buddy is bringing out his RGV250 / RG500 hybrid for it's maiden voyage too.

Is the north or the south track shorter? Whichever one is shorter is the one I like a lot. I raced it last year at a CCS round. There wasn't enough room for powerful liter bikes to get away so it seemd like a good track to use your skills to fight for position. It was also one of those tracks you have to think to go fast, which is an Alan Wilson trademark.

I never got back to the round where CCS ran the longer track but I heard the longer one got a bit bumpy from the cars and that some of the barriers were awefully close. Still, a top notch facility and I had a blast there during the Friday trackday/practice day. I can only imagine how much fun a Sportbiketracktime event there would be.

The north track is the shorter one. The north track is 1.498 miles and the south track is 2.06 miles.
