Fog City Fog Inserts? Damn!

Does anybody on the east coast sell these damn things? The only places I can find them are out on the left coast. I need one this Friday or Saturday at the latest for my track day on Sunday. This is driving me crazy. If anybody has an extra one, or knows where I can get one shipped to my house by this friday please let me know soon. I would also like to have a new set of StompGrip for this weekend, but nobody has those in stock either.

I got mine from cycle gear. I am in TN. I love that thing. The first time I used it was at Barber. It was a partly cloudy day and it worked perfect.
