POLL: MotoGP ........ XBOX or PS2?

After having MotoGP2 and 3 for PS2 , I gave away my PS2 to a poor kid this xmas.

I now need to buy a new console and Im chosing between an Xbox and a PS2.

Im wondering which console is better for racing in general , but specifically which console Motogp is better on.

Id like to hear from people that have played MotoGP on either or preferably both systems, please vote for your favorite and say why you prefer it.

No comment about the games, except that i play motoGP2 on xbox and it seems great.

Now, if you thinking about getting a new console, wait till Xbox2 comes out this year.

I edited my post to clarify what I was asking .

I have heard that the PS2 is better for racing games, graphix wise.
And Xbox for almost everything else.
I own a PS2.
Out of 26 games i think i have 22 Racing LOL.
I have never played on an Xbox though.

MotoGP4 will be out for PS2 sometime this summer, was originally slated for 4/1/2005 release, but has been postponed I have MGP2 and 3 for PS2 and love them....XBOX will be a later release on the new game...Check NAMCO's website for further info....http://www.namco.com/games/motogp4

I will probably just buy an xbox now instead of waiting till who knows when for the xbox2 / PS3 to be released.

xbox2 is just around the corner. they already got ads for it on MTV.

I would wait , but you know how that stuff works , alot of hype and then a year from now maybe they will actually realease it.

Knowing my luck , I will buy a xbox and the next week they will release xbox 2 or PS 3.

I have bth systems and I prefer Moto GP on the PS2


But the X box is better for 1st person games

I was told that you have more rider control and that the game feels more realistic on xbox, you didnt get that impression?

You have more contoll with the Xbox, but it takes the playability out of it. It's almost too hard, and therefor no fun. I am faster in real life than on the damn Xbox And the steeriing is weird, if you ride it like you do in reality it doesn't work right.

I like the PS2 because it's just balls out fun, no bullshit. Just jam it in there and let er rip.

Im going to stick with the PS then , plus MotoGP4 is comming out for PS.
