Gran Turismo 4 update

Last I heard was the release date was Dec 14th, but that could change again to any day before Christmas or worse case situation early next year but that's unlikely.

It's going to have 'B-Spec' where you set-up the car, set the driver's "aggressive level", and let the computer race it for you

.

No online play, maybe on a later version of the game.

650+ plus cars but as I recall Gran Turismo has alot of non-GT cars in it, look for a shit load of econo boxes and other slow turds. Hopefully the 05 Mustang along with a ton of Sports cars actually are included with them.

Supose to be 50+ tracks, but if you count the fantasy tracks that are run backwards as two tracks like they do it's still alot of venues.

Dont feel for us. My Wife has even been known to sit and Play My PS2 when I wasnt around.

According to Gamepro.com it is coming out Feb 22nd....Next Week!!!

But according to Bestbuy's web site back in Dec, it was Jan 16, then Feb, then AMrch.

Best buy says the 23...tomorrow. In my area Best Buy always sucks about getting the newly released games out on the self.

Bestbuy.com- has it listed as "In stock"

Yeah, I grabbed it last night also. Very nice game. You can transfer some of your licences and 100,000 cash from your old GT3 profile if you still have it saved.

Its worth the wait. Still no Crash damage though.

They do impose a 5 second 30mph speed limit durring rally races if you hit your opponent or a wall. You can gently brush the wall but any significant hit will slow you to 30mph as the timer counts down. I believe you can also set this function to work on 2 player mode.

Anybody else using the racing steering wheel?

They won't put crash damage in because of the licensing
