I suspect you could buy this game online anywhere in the world and have it shipped to you.
I dont play much in the summer but WOW what a winter pastime. I see pirate bay has a copy for trying it out. I got my bro to ship my copy from Spain.
Try the sim100 cockpit 2 setting pretty sweet and the comp online is stiff to say the least
I just play over the built in GameSpy thingy.
alias = tt rider
The tracks that are coming up on the MotoGP calendar are fun to play on before the real race....
the real midgets are mighty indeed.

I dont have an XBox Do you have the new Wsbk 08 for XBox?

The online PC MotoGP 07 is buggy sometimes and it need s at least a 512 Vid Card
Theres MotoGP3 if it's common to all.

Can XBox play PC?

I might look for it this afternoon but then we'd need to play on XBox live. I have MotoGP06, I might pick up MotoGP 07. If I can find this that would be great (Maybe need to get a PSP).

So what does everyone have here? PS2/3's? PC?

I only have PC Version MotoGp 07 Nice because people are working on the physics all the time.

YouTube - motogp 07 mod v2.0 @ brno

First lap = simm100 cockpit2 Second Lap = Flying behind bike in a helicopter(hehe)
Looks far better 1680x1050 Widescreen @ 60fps
Dont know if there will be a motogp 08 or NorthWest200 or SBK08. Maybe challenge some other message boards or make up some teams. Maybe race for T-SHirts or something. I'll play next winter if we ever get an 08 summer.

I picked up SBK 07 for the PSP this weekend. Not a bad racing game. Like every race sim game the bikes are hard to control. I've actually found that playing Haga on the Yamaha was the best all around rider for my thumbs. I guess this is due to his out of control riding style.

Sounds like you're using a console pad controller. That would be hard compared to a joystick. Try a force feedback precision pro(e-bay $15.00).
I Just read there will be MotoGP08... all the usual suspects this year including Toseland(he used MGP07 to learn Shanghai!) and Co.
Here's the problem with console pads.... You can "set" the lean for corners. I can set 1/25 lean and keep it there. Try setting that with two thumbs!
Here's the problem with behind bike view... it's so wrong hehe.

Network-challenge
I joined here to see if I could learn some more but everyone seems to play behind bike view...zzzzzzzzzzzz.
Network-Challenge :: View topic - Real View Best Sim Setting
A good post regarding bike view.

So whats the Beta on SBK 07 for the PSP? Good, Bad or ugly?

The Playstation Portable does have a joystick on it but it's not as tuneable as the PC or Game Console version. It's not bad. I have MotoGP 06 for the PSP as well - I like SBK07 better.

One thing I did notice is that Biaggi takes everyone out in both games.

Gametrailers.com - Pure - Build Your Ride Featurette

There's a lot of BS before you get to the good part of this vid. It would be nice to have more input on the bikes, with building decision reflected in handling. Pretty cool idea tho.

I hope SBK 08 has more of this.

I also picked up the PSP MotoGP game. Based around the 2006 season I found out how to wheelie the entire track and do stoppies.

I want this game!!!!!!

oh and as for SBK 07 on PSP, i picked it up a couple days ago. its not bad but there are definitely some issues that hurt how much you enjoy the game.

The psp is not well suited to controlling rider weight changes and turning at the same time also its very difficult to play without traction control on (i have motogp '07 for ps2 which is made by the same developer and i never play with traction control on that game)

So like i said, its decent but i would like it to be more playable at sim settings, also the bikes seem to have non-existant brakes in the game.

All I can say is..... OMFG it's good, best yet hands down.
The physics are closer than anything else to date(IMHO).
Menus suck, they're boring, time consuming and counter intuitive, no multi(yet)
Graphics are sweet! 1680x1050(better get ye a 1gig Vid Card) 60fps.
Cockpit1 Simulation mode
This vid is not cockpit1(manual control) but still gives good idea.
