Track days, racing schools?

I've raced cars a few years now, and want to get into the track scene with bikes. I intend to start conservatively on my 748, go slow and learn the techniques, then eventually race vintage bikes. I know of two or three schools in the PNW. So whom do I trust as a decent outfit to get my start? Thanks.

Lots of options. Sullivans track school, Adrenaline freaks track days. Nesba track days, Washington motorcycle roadracing association if you want to get a race license. All options can be found on the web.
